- Each style has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on the product page. The MOQ is counted across all colors and sizes of the same style, so you can mix colors and sizes to reach it.
- Can I order samples first?
- Yes. Samples are usually ready in 7-15 days. Tell us the styles, colors and sizes you want to check and we will confirm the sample cost and shipping.
- What is the production lead time?
- Bulk orders usually take 20-45 days, depending on the style and quantity. Styles marked "In Stock" are available from ready stock; contact us for current quantities.
- Which payment currencies do you accept?
- We accept payment in Chinese yuan (RMB) and US dollars (USD).
- Are the prices on the website final?
- Prices on the website are reference unit prices in RMB per pair. Some styles show "Contact for price". The final quote depends on the quantity and requirements of your order.
- Do you offer OEM or customized shoes?
